Shipping

Shipping will typically happen within 3-10 business days after your order is placed for finished pieces. Commission work timelines will be reviewed during project discussions.

Please allow yourself plenty of time for shipping during the major holidays. Expedited shipping is only optional for some non-commission pieces.

Getting your new artwork safely to you is important to me. It will be packaged with utmost care. Your art will be shipped via ______ with tracking _____. You will be provided with shipping information and tracking upon shipment.


US SHIPPING

We ship within the US using standard ground shipping from various carriers. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship internationally at this time.


WHERE’S MY PACKAGE?

To find out the location of your package, take a look at the tracking info that was emailed to you once the order is processed and shipped. This email will be separate from your order confirmation email, so be careful not to miss it.

If you want to change the address or learn the whereabouts of your package, you can contact the carrier directly.

 

RETURN POLICY

Note that all artwork are final and non-refundable. 

Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged in any way. You will need to provide me with photos of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package in order to file an insurance claim. I will also require that the piece be returned in order to send a similar piece or provide a store credit (minus shipping charges, which are always the responsibility of the customer).
